The employer has failed to submit abatement certification within ten days of the abatement date, February 2, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), issued as citation 1, item 1, and described as follows: On the site where construction activities were taking place, the employer did provide for frequent and regular inspections to be performed at the jobsite, but did not identify hazards relating to falls and lack of personal protective equipment, such as but not limited to eye protection.
