29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Bass Mill #5: On or about February 13, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to maintain the workplace as free as practicable from lead in that the employer allowed a workstation used by employees to be contaminated with lead in a concentration of 1075 mcg/100cm2 (mcg/100cm2 - micrograms/100centimeters squared). b) Bass Mill #5: On or about February 13, 2015 and at times prior; the employer failed to maintain the workplace as free as practicable from lead in that the employer allowed a keyboard used by employees to be contaminated with lead in a concentration of 979 mcg/100cm2.
