Employees were without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

On or about 12/29/14 located at 1203 Firethorn Pass, Cumming, GA: Employees were observed installing fire proofing panels and lumber on the roof ridge top and end wall with a pneumatic nail gun and cutting lumber with a skill saw for the walls of a new apartment complex without safety glasses.
