The UPS Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(q)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980950, citation number 02 , item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1370 Goodyear, El Paso, TX 79936. 29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) On or about December 30, 2014 metal railing from existing overhead dock doors were protruding into the forklift path creating struck-by and unstable load hazards at dock doors such as but not limited to 5, 37, and 38. b) On or about December 30, 2014 uneven concrete pavement in the yard in front of door 37 created a tripping hazard for employees exited their truck cab. The UPS Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315886697, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 20112, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 Toronita St. York, PA 17402-9922. The UPS Freight was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315496455, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 15, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at3250 East Kemper Rd. Sharonville, OH 45241.
