29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. (a) West Jobsite - On or about January 05, 2015 employees were working on the edge of a low slope roof exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet. Employees were not protected from falling to a lower level by the use of a guardrail system, personal fall arrest system or safety net system. Copper Top Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315303305, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1204 North Harper Road Corinth, MS 38834.
