29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. (a) North West Jobsite - On or about February 08, 2017 employees were working on the edge of a flat roof exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet. Employees were not protected from falling to a lower level by the use of a guardrail system, personal fall arrest system or safety net system. Copper Top Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1016188, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 11, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 240 Wise Center Drive Mississippi State, MS 39762. Copper Top Sheet Metal, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315303305, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1204 North Harper Road Corinth, MS 38834.

(a) Jobsite - On or about February 08, 2017 employees used an extension ladder that was not extended at least 3 feet above the edge of a flat roof. The roof edge was 20 feet above the ground.
