29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: On or about October 6, 2014, at the jobsite, employees performing framing activities used a red extension cord that was severely cut and frayed to supply power to a Makita saw, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
