29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(1): The quantity of liquid that may be located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 25 gallons of Category 1 flammable liquids in containers      a) On January 26, 2015, inside the Maintenance Shop, over 40 gallons of gasoline were stored outside of a storage cabinet, exposing employees to a fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i): Conductors were not spliced or joined with splicing devices identified for the use or by brazing, welding, or soldering with a fusible metal or alloy.   Soldered splices were not spliced or joined mechanically and electrically secured first without solder and then soldered.  All splices and joints and the free ends of conductors were not covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose:      a) On January 26, 2015, inside the maintenance storage warehouse, electrical connections overhead lighting fixtures was made outside of a protected connection box without, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.      b) On January 26, 2015, inside the maintenance shop, the connection of the boiler timer control was made outside of a protected connection box, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
