29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: a) Shop; On or about January 8, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were allowed to walk in close proximity of an unguarded projecting shaft end that was not smooth and projected more than one and half times the diameter of the shaft on the Peddinghaus transfer table.
