On or about 1/06/2015 employees at the Bella Vista Drive construction project were exposed to 12' falls. Employee were engaged in carpentry activities near an unprotected stairwell opening.

Employees were engaged in carpentry activities without fall protection Casa Residential, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 894698, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/10/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Waterville Road, Avon, CT 06489.
