29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met.     This violation occurred on January 7, 2015 at an establishment located at 821 Jupiter Road Suite 300 Plano, T 75074; where at least two (2) employees were exposed to skin contact and inhalation hazards during floor tile demolition operations and tasks involving the use of spent floor tile debris such as crystalline silica, and other nuisance dusts. No written program had been implemented to communicate chemical hazards and protection measures to employees.
