OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) At University of Tampa Res Com buildings on the corner of Brevard Avenue and Kennedy Boulevard in Tampa (FL), employees were disassembling a single tower Hydro Mobile F Series Mast Climber on a base pedestal with extension, while only having one end outrigger engaged. The mast climber became unstable and collapsed, on or about January 7, 2015.
