Front side building #2, new apartment construction located at 1836 Roswell Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 18-feet while installing Hardie-Plank Siding from a Pump Jack Scaffold Platform with no connection to the fall protection system in place.
