Instance b) At the jobsite - an employee in the process of framing activities, on the 3rd floor balconies, was exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 01/14/2015.    Chris Douthitt, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920682, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1145 Ponce De Leon Blvd., Largo, Fl.
