29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     Instance a) At the jobsite - employees in the process of framing activities, on the 2nd floor balconies, were exposed to a 11'4" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 01/14/2015.    Instance b) At the jobsite - an employee in the process of framing activities, on the 3rd floor balconies, was exposed to a 22 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 01/14/2015.    Chris Douthitt, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 920682, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1145 Ponce De Leon Blvd., Largo, Fl.
