29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) On January 13, 2015 the unused portion of the blade on the Peerless HB-1014A horizontal metal band saw was not guarded to prevent employees exposure to the rotating blade.     b) On January 13, 2015 the unused portion of the blade on the green Peerless horizontal band saw was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating blade.    c) On January 13, 2015 the unused portion of the blade on the Wells horizontal bad saw was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating blade.    d) On January 13, 2015 the eight head automated rail drill press was not guarded with one or more methods to prevent employee exposure to the pinch point between the actuated clamps against the metal railing.
