Central Transport International, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 77120.015, Citation Number 2, Item Number 4, issued on 12-05-11, with a final order date of  06-23-2011, with respect to a workplace location at 200 N. Mannheim, Hillside, IL, 60162.        ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
