29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Worksite located at SEC 30, TWP 23, R 34, 1930 fnl, 760 fwl, Deerfield, KS 67838, employees accessing the working platform of the rig to perform tasks such as servicing and maintenance of the diesel engine were exposed to fall hazards of 51 inches from the platform to the ground, in that fall protection was not provided.
