29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:   a)  The safety data sheet binder did not have an inventory list.  The binder contained safety data sheets for hazardous substances employees work with including but not limited to:  GHB Reagent, Mayers Reagent, Pennzoil Roadside Fix-a-flat, Zippo Blend 1, Prestone De-icer, and Valvoline Oil.

The US Customs and Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977496, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Lynden, WA.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a) VEC Section;  A white relocatable power tap was plugged into another white relocatable power tap which powered computer equipment. The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed to be plugged into an outlet, and not daisy chained and plugged into other relocatable power taps or extension cords.  This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.
