The Final Order Date for the citation was January 30, 2012.  Build Right Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which is contained in OSHA Inspection 819121 Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, issued on February 28, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 4 Great Plain Avenue, Wellesley, MA 02482.
