29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Location - Mohawk Path, Holliston, MA: On or about 4/29/15, employees were not protected from twelve foot fall hazards when framing a house.  Build Right Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which is contained in OSHA Inspection 316106517, Citation Number 1, Item Number 4, issued on January 25, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 6 Abbot Lane, Bedford, MA 01730. The Final Order Date for the citation was January 30, 2012.  Build Right Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which is contained in OSHA Inspection 819121 Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, issued on February 28, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 4 Great Plain Avenue, Wellesley, MA 02482. Case in debt collection.
