29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1001 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employees were working on the third floor, approximately 20 feet above the ground, performing framing operations without the use of a fall protection system thus exposing the employees to a fall hazard. An employee was fatally injured when he fell from the third floor, on or about January 21, 2015.
