29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, and stairs, in and around building: a) 1001 South 7th Street, Philadelphia, PA - The company did not ensure during the course of construction that debris, materials, equipment and scrap lumber with protruding nails were kept clear from passageways, work areas and from around the building. This hazard exposed the employees to trip and fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about January 21, 2015.
