29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip point: (a)Walmart Distribution Center @ 7500 E. Crossroads Blvd., Loveland, CO, 80538: On and before January 7th, 2015, the employer had not ensured adequate guarding was provided near the discharge end of conveyor #210FA. An employee was seriously injured after his hand was caught between operating conveyors #210F and #211F. The condition exposed employees to an in-going nip point.
