29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end. On January 7, 2015 and at times prior thereto: rear area of home: employees were working off a pump-jack scaffold in which the working platform extended 36 inches beyond the support exposing employees to 12-15 foot fall to ground level.
