29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about January 21, 2015, at the south side of building No.7, Uno Construction, Inc. employees doing decking work and leading edge framing work were not protected from a 9ft.-8in. fall hazard to the inside and a 21ft.-6in. fall hazard from the edge by the use of a fall protection system. b. On or about January 21, 2015, at the northwest side of building No.8, Uno Construction, Inc. employees walking on floor joists while doing framing work and leading edge work were not protected from a 9f.t-6in. feet fall hazard to the inside and a 30ft.-5in. fall hazard from the edge by the use of a fall protection system.
