29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Building 9, employees of a subcontractor were exposed to a 31 feet fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during floor joist and exterior wall framing work, at the second and third floor of the building, on or about 05/11/2016. b. Building 10, employees of a subcontractor were exposed to a 22 feet fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used during roof truss and sheathing framing work, at the roof of the two story building, on or about 05/11/2016.
