29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  Uno Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1013309, citation 01, item 1, issued on December 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 13246 Wellington Hills Dr., Riverview, FL, 33569.  The final order date was January 27, 2015.   a.  On or about January 21, 2015, at the south side of building No.7, employees doing decking work and leading edge framing work were not protected from a 9ft.-8in. fall hazard to the inside and a 21ft.-6in. fall hazard from the edge by the use of a fall protection system. b.  On or about January 21, 2015, at the northwest side of building No.8, employees walking on floor joists while doing framing work and leading edge work were not protected from a 9f.t-6in. feet fall hazard to the inside and a 30ft.-5in. fall hazard from the edge by the use of a fall protection system.
