29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage:  Tool Container:  On or about 22 January 2015 and times prior thereto, two mercury vapor lights measuring approximately 81 inches from the floor were not protected.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.

29 CFR 1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2).  Dry Space/Painting Area, second floor Storage area;  On or about 22 January 2015 and times prior thereto the second floor storage containers had an 80 inch unguarded portion.  this condition exposed employees to a 10 foot fall hazard.
