29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: On or about January 23, 2015 and in times prior thereto the cover on a 240 volt AC contactor was removed and was not replaced. The contactor was used to energize a Kobalt air compressor, located in the maintenance shop, exposing employee to the hazard of electric shock.
