29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:      Although the employer developed and implemented an energy control program for use at the facility, it was deficient and did not include specific instructions for isolating, blocking, or securing hazardous energy. Employees are tasked with servicing and maintaining equipment such as; but is not limited to, the companys press brake and shear which utilized multiple energy sources (e.g.: pneumatic, hydraulic and electricity).
