Employee accessing the end wall rafter from the aerial lift's basket who climbed up the railing of and out of the basket and was exposed to falls of 33 to 38 feet to the ground below.                      Violation was occurred on or about 01/16/2015.

29 CFR 1926.752(b):   The steel erection contractor began steel erection work without written notification that the concrete in the in the footings, piers and wall, or the mortar in the masonry piers and walls had attained, on the basis of an appropriate ASTM standard test method of field-cured samples, either 75 percent of the intended minimum compressive design strength or sufficient strength to support the loads imposed during steel erection:      a)  Morristown Municipal Airport, 6 Airport Road, Morristown, NJ.  The employer began steel erection without receiving written notification from the controlling contractor that concrete had attained either 75 percent of the intended minimum compressive design strength or sufficient strength to support the loads imposed during steel erection.
