29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees while working from an aerial lift: a) 3698 Route 9 South, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Employees were working on and from an aerial lift installing new steel panels exterior panels while not wearing any fall protection exposing them to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 02/09/16. 360 Steel Erectors Inc. was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1020762, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 04/13/2015 with respect to a work place located at Morristown Municipal Airport, 6 Airport Road, Morristown, NJ 07960 and became a final order on 05/04/2015.
