29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about July 31, 2014, at Felderhoff Rig 16, a 16 AWG cord was spliced, and the splice did not retain the outer sheathing properties and usage characteristics of the cord.
