29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: a) The safety data sheet binder on the FRC lower floor adjacent to the maintenance shop did not have an inventory list. The binder contained safety data sheets for hazardous substances employees may be exposed to including but not limited to: Acryl set liquid polymer, 3M chemical grout, AG-451 Industrial cooling water microbiocide, Nu-calgon degreasing solvent, and Heavy duty goof off.
