29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and material below was not maintained:  a) Office Suite, where the minimum vertical clearance was not maintained:  1. Server Room, where HP Printer boxes were stored beneath an automatic sprinkler reducing the vertical clearance to 5 1/4 inches.  2. Accountable Property Room, where boxes were stored beneath an automatic sprinkler reducing the vertical clearance to 9 inches.  The U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898826, citation no. 1, item no. 4, issued on March 29, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Bothell, WA.

Room 219, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Toastmaster toaster oven, the Mr. Coffee Commercial Brewer, and the Whirlpool refrigerator.  2. Public Assistance Office, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Fahrenheat floor heater.  3. Room 224, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Keurig coffee maker.  4. ORA Office, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to computer equipment.  5. Room 120, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Cool Breeze fan. (Item Corrected)  6. Room 116-A, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the floor heater. (Item Corrected)  7. IMAT Break Area, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a blue extension cord and used to supply power appliances including the Cuisinart coffee maker. (Item Corrected)  8. Storage Bay A, where a relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a black extension cord and used to supply power to the Nautilus treadmill, the Pro-Tech treadmill, and the Nordic Track treadmill.
