The fluorescent light fixture was plugged into a flexible power cord which ran down the wall to the outlet exposing employees to an electrical shock or fire hazard.      (b) 161 Fleet Drive, Villa Rica, GA: An electrical power cord from a Heavy Duty Drill Press was plugged into a household flexible power cord which ran across the floor and under a worktable exposing employees to an electrical shock or fire hazard.
