Employees were exposed to accumulation of contaminants such as dust (PNOR), mold and paint chips debris observed in areas such as air vents, ceiling tiles, and window walls at various office areas as follows: a. At the Construction Division office NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
