29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. On or about July 16, 2021, the exit pathway was less than 28 inches in the following areas: a. At the conference room area. A rectangular table-30 inches wide by 60 inches long was placed in front of the back room exit door. The measurements width was 16 inches in front of the door. b. At the break room area. A round table-48 inches wide and a 55-gallon waste basket were located in the room. The measurements width was 19 inches in that side of the room. NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
