29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  On or about July 16, 2021, the exit pathway was less than 28 inches in the following areas:  a. At the conference room area. A rectangular table-30 inches wide by 60 inches long was placed in front of the back room exit door. The measurements width was 16 inches in front of the door.    b. At the break room area.  A round table-48 inches wide and a 55-gallon waste basket were located in the room. The measurements width was 19 inches in that side of the room.    NOTE:   Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

On or about July 16, 2021, designated exit access doors were not marked by an exit sign or any other means in the following areas:  a. At the DDE conference room. b. At the main conference room. 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit must be marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g., closet):  a. On or about July 16, 2021, at the DDE conference room area. A door connecting to another office area was likely to be mistaken for an exit and was not marked "Not an Exit".   NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Relocatable power taps used for office equipment such as computers, monitors, and battery back-ups were series-connected and not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle in the following work areas:  a. At one Regulatory division workstation.  b. At two Engineering and Construction division workstations.   c. At one Real Estate division workstation.
