29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Two fire extinguishers located in the NRCS office in Nevada Iowa had not been inspected since May of 2013. The Conservation Officer on site was unable to provide any documentation to the contrary.
