On or about 1/28/2015, at C1 Pole, a clear space was not kept around the ABC portable fire extinguisher as a result of several 1 gallon jugs and a stack of folded cardboard boxes.  3.  On or about 1/28/2015, at Section D Pole, Row 4 & 5, a ABC portable fire extinguisher was not properly mounted.
