The bottle was not labeled. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967268, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 405 N. Clarendon Avenue, Scottdale, GA.
