29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii) (D): The employer shall ensure that all medical evaluations and procedures including the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up, including prophylaxis, are provided according to recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service current at the time these evaluations and procedures take place, except as specified by this paragraph (f): At the facility, for employee(s) with ongoing daily use of sharps including but not limited to nurses and certified medical technicians, antibody testing was not provided within 1-2 months after completion of the Hepatitis B vaccination series of three shots. The Autumn View Gardens was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965640, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 11210 Schuetz Road, St. Louis, MO 63146.
