Fairburn, GA: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that; a flexible extension cord used to power a saw and other tools, had been spliced to a non-metallic sheath cable. The splice was secured via wire nuts, which would not retain the cord's insulation, and outer sheath properties.
