29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Valencia Loft Project at Building: On or about March 2, 2018, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the concrete floor below, while entering an unprotected walkway to retrieve material from the west side of the building.
