29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. On or about January 7, 2015 at 3601 Breville, St. Monroe, LA 71203 on the front face end of the house the employer allowed the employees to work at a height of approximately 18ft from the ground without any fall protection. North American Land Development was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection 975281 citation 1 item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 3601 Breville, St. Monroe, LA 71203.
