29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting respirator is fit tested prior to initial use, whenever a different respirator face-piece (size, style, make or model) is used, and, at least, annually thereafter: Plant: Employees who used respirators such as, but not limited to, 3M 6900 full face and Uline S-10479, were not fit tested annually. They were last fit tested on July 13, 2013. The Integral Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 904815, citation number 1, item number 1 C and was affirmed as a final order on 07/29/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 8055 AE Spur, Sullivan, MO 63080.
