29 CFR 1910.169(b)(3)(i): Compressed air receiver(s) were not equipped with indicating pressure gauge(s):  On or about February 02, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck by flying projectiles while using pneumatic pressure lines without any type of safety valves or pressure indicators for processes such as, but not limited to, the cleaning of automotive parts and operation of hand tools. The following are the areas in which the pneumatic lines were found to be without any type of safety valves or pressure indicators:  a) Bay 2 at the injection molding machine model 1950.  b) Bay 2 at the injection molding machine #2 model 950.  c) Bay 2 at the injection molding machine #1 model 950.  d) Bay 2 at the injection molding machine #1 model 720.  e) Bay 2 injection molding machine model 1450.
