Aero Freezer Room/Area - On or about February 6, 2015, the employer did not have adequate facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes when sanitation employee's eyes where contacted with corrosive liquids mixtures (sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite). Employee(s) thereby were exposed to the chemical hazards of corrosive substances. The incidents dates recorded at the company were the following:  1. On 1/23/15, an employee sustained a chemical burn to eyes and face.  2. On 10/31/14, an employee sustained a chemical burn to (L) eye.
