29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain material safety data sheets as required and/or did not ensure they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).        a) At the facility, on or about 2/4/15: Material Safety Data Sheets for materials assigned to the Machine Shop were not maintained. MSDS sheets were not available for materials including but not limited to a composite material, a phenolic laminate, a fiberglass plastic, and poly ether ether ketone. Employees performed activities including cutting, milling, and sanding on such materials.     b) At the facility, on or about 2/4/15: Material Safety Data Sheets for materials assigned to the Machine Shop were not readily accessible to employees who performed activities including cutting, milling, and sanding on these materials.       Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
