29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about 02/06/15, at the Verizon Store, under construction, located on 1908 West Ridge Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not provide fall protection (harness and lanyard) to an employee working from the boom basket of a JLG aerial lift, 25 feet above ground level. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
